Keller’s Session: Emerging Pioneers and Disruptors
Keller will speak during the Emerging Pioneers and Disruptors session, discussing how to leverage caregivers in the home to identify changes in a patient’s condition and enable timely clinical intervention for dually eligible Medicare and Medicaid patients.
